We had our roof replaced by AQH. Wonderful experience with a not so fun project. We were given several different options as far as materials we wanted to use and prices for the different levels. We also needed the decking replaced on the 2nd story along with the shingles on the house and garage. The crew arrived at 7am and started immediately. By 4pm the job was complete and the yard clean. Every step was very professional. AQH has 3 different people coming by at different times and do inspections to verify the work is done to their standards. We recently had our roof done, and let me tell you, every step was easy and very professional. Josh had come out to give us a run down of our options and was so informative of the differences between their products and others and really made it easy to understand how much better the products and instalation is with their company. I learned alot of new things and am super appreciative of that! We had our roofing appointment within 2 weeks of our initial quote and let me tell you, Adam and his crew were just as wonderful. So kind and respectful! They were here and gone within 6 hours, tear off and new roof installed and cleaned up and our house isnt tiny by any means. I was completely in shock with how fast it was and how efficient and high of quality the work was! Adam and Josh came back out the following day to complete one more additonal inspection and triple check cleanup. I would recommend this team over and over again to anyone who needs their roof done!

Absolutely loved working with this company. I reached out to Adam about gettting an estimate and he had someone call me right away the next morning. Later that afternoon i had Chris over at the house doing an estimate. We had gotten 5 other estimates and this company by far were the most thorough and made sure i knew every step/ material that was going on my house, down to the nail. I felt more than confident that were going to do an amazing job. The crew started at 7 am sharp and had my rooof done later that afternoon with Adam on site making sure that everything was going well and updating me on how it was going. Chris came by after they were done the day of to make sure eveything looked goood, including making sure everything was picked up. Afterwards, it didnt even look like anyone was even there that day, every peice was picked up and our lawn and flowers looked untouched from debris. AQH was amazing!! We had them install a section of gutter and new gutter guards. Very affordable, great communication and they did a great job on the install. I worked directly with Ethan and he helped us through every step of the process! I wasnt sure i like the downspout placement initially, and he came out personally and made it right! 100% will work with this company again!

Drove 3 hours away, arrived on time, tore off the old shingles, resheeted the whole roof, applied ice and rain sheild, re applied new shingles, cleaned up everything and completed in less than 7 hours. I am so glad I chose to go with AQH for my new roof, gutters, downspouts and gutter toppers. They made the entire process surprisingly easy. Initally met with Josh for an estimate. He took the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions. Then I was contacted by Adam to schedule the roof install. Due to incoming weather install was actually bumped ahead a day. A few days later Adam contacted me again to let me know when the gutters would be installed. I’m going to write a small novel but this team deserves every bit of praise. We lucked out to have found Adam Lamers after a less than stellar experience with a different contractor. Adam informed us that he was looking from going from on his own to joining the team at AQH because the people there treated their work the same way he would. With top notch quality, honesty, professionalism, and integrity. We seem to have horrible luck sometimes, and our remodel project ran into some serious roadblocks that were not AQH’s doing by any means. This team never backed down once. The whole way I felt like we were treated as one of their family. Our bad luck continued when our central AC unit went down on one of the hottest stretches of the summer. It was completely unrelated to the project, but Adam immediately called anyone he knew to try and get it fixed, he also offered us a window unit and fans that he had at home in the meantime. You will not find a crew more caring or human in the world. Every contractor they put on our job was first class. Excellent communication from Adam and Sean the entire way through as well. When we bought our house, my wife had a vision on what she wanted, and these guys made it happen. I cannot thank them enough. They do amazing work, they pay attention to the small details, and are priced well for the quality of work and dedication that you will get as a customer. We hired AQH to completely renovate our Master Bathroom. The job was a complete tear down to the studs so we could change our layout and final get our walk in tile shower. It turned out beautiful thanks to the hard work and professional team at AQH.

We had a great experience with American Quality Homes! We had an attached garage which they removed and built a new attached garage, it blends in with our home perfectly! We are very pleased with the professionalism and workmanship of their crew!

After almost a year of appeals with our insurance carrier of more than 40 years, we were finally able to get full coverage for the replacement cost of our roof damaged by hail. What made the difference? We saw commercials for a family owned business called American Quality Homes (AQH) and decided to dismiss our then contractor and give AQH a call. Chris from AQH led the charge and the rest is history. AQH conducted a video-taped reliability testing and submitted it to our insurance which made the difference! We are more than satisfied with the quality workmanship. All old shingles were removed and replaced, the entire roof. We were charged a reasonable price that was far less than what our original contractor quoted us with upgraded shingles to boot! To top it off, two separate and timely follow-up inspections were done as a standard procedure for AQH! If you are looking for honest, hardworking people that have your best interest in mind hire AQH. We certainly will for all future projects within their expertise!

American Quality Homes just completed a roof replacement for me. Josh, the sales rep, provided detailed explanations and pricing for my options, and I didn’t feel pressured in any way to choose AQH. I’m happy I did though. The crew was right on schedule and got to work immediately. It took less than a full day for them to complete and it looks great. The project manager came through later in the afternoon to review the work and do another clean-up. Josh stopped by the following day to check the work himself and did another pass to pick up anything that may have been missed previously. He made sure that both he and I were happy with the work before he left. All-in-all a very thorough and painless process throughout.

My experience with AQH was great from start to finish. Josh was my point person. Anytime I had a question, he was there with an answer. In addition to the work they did on my roof, fascia boards, and gutters, I had a water heater that was improperly vented. Josh spotted this problem and fixed it. AQH does great work and has great quality materials at prices better than their competitors. I definitely recommend AQH!

AQH replaced the roof, gutters and downspouts at my residence and I am thrilled with the result. The team did show up when they said they would be there. Everyone did a great job of getting work done while accommodating the fact I was working from home. Everyone also did a good job of clean-up. I think the one thing I would like to have had was a better explanation of what was being done during the job (or after). There were talks about what the plan was going to be. We even talked about about the back-up plans. I don't recall anything about what had actually been done and found so I am just left to assume everything went according to plan.

American Quality Homes came to my house to assess the hail damage, walked me through the insurance claim process, and then came back again when the insurance adjuster was looking at the damage (to represent me, make sure all damage was accounted for, and answer my questions). When it came time to replace the roof my property was cleaned up and all the workers were gone by lunch time. To top it all off Mike came back with a magnet to check for any additional nails in my yard and driveway. The new roof on my house and garage looks great! As a first time home buyer and someone who had no idea what to expect I am very thankful I chose American Quality Homes to help me along the way!
