Sean Evers
CO-Owner
Sean began as a framer for a local general contractor in 2008, working on remodels and custom homes. After three years, he moved into finish carpentry, sharpening his skills for several years before launching his own finish carpentry business in 2018 and partnering with area contractors to grow his expertise.
In 2021, he teamed up with his business partner, Mike, to found American Quality Homes, built on shared values, community giving, and accountability. Sean is a devoted family man who enjoys time with his three boys, plus camping, golfing, and football.
Mike Ebben
CO-Owner
Mike brings extensive experience in roofing, siding, and exterior remodeling to AQH, shaped by years as a branch manager and sales pro at a leading exterior company. He’s driven by product expertise and problem-solving, with a focus on quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Outside work, he enjoys time with his wife and three kids, especially boating, fishing, and family activities.
Adam Bartz
Project Manager
Adam is a football coach for Shawano High School, as well as the 5th generation running his family farm. He is a proud father to his son Camden, a loving husband to his wife Sara, and he loves the outdoors, fishing, and hunting. Adam's positive attitude and work ethic makes him a perfect fit at American Quality Homes.
Andrew Harbath
VP of Marketing
Andrew Harbath is married to his wife, Maria, and they have three boys—Teddy, Maxwell, and Henry—who keep life busy and fun. When he’s not spending time with his family, Andrew enjoys fishing, catching a good movie, and following basketball and football. He also has a passion for photography and loves capturing moments along the way.
Each year, Andrew looks forward to traveling to Mexico to visit his parents and spend time fishing, one of his favorite traditions. A lifelong sports fan, he’s especially proud to be a huge supporter of the Purdue Boilermakers.
Ethan Neuman
Sales Manager
Ethan Neuman was born and raised in Greenville, Wisconsin, and after graduating from Hortonville High School, he spent several formative years in Breckenridge, Colorado, balancing college and work while gaining independence and life experience. Returning home led him to reconnect with his high school sweetheart, now his wife, and together they are raising two daughters, Emery and Harper. Family is at the core of everything Ethan does and drives his commitment to excellence. Known for his people-first approach, Ethan has built his career on honesty, respect, and genuine care for customers—values that earned him recognition as a top representative in his previous role. Today, he brings that same dedication to American Quality Homes, focusing on building trust, lasting relationships, and homes families can truly feel proud of.
Chris Hansen

With 25+ years in construction and home improvement, Chris brings deep residential and commercial expertise rooted in a family trade background. After earning a Construction Management degree from Mankato State, he worked on major projects like a 90-unit government housing build and the 35-story AT&T Tower, then spent years in sales across windows, siding, and solar—including 11 years at Streamline Solar in design and sales leadership. A committed volunteer who educates homeowners on smart investment choices, Chris is also a proud husband and father who loves traveling and outdoor adventures.

Eugene Allen

Eugene was born in Kimberley, Wisconsin, and grew up throughout the Fox Cities. He has six years of experience in residential and commercial framing, masonry, and concrete. He is known for being driven, reliable, and a strong communicator in all of his previous roles. He enjoys teaching others, building solid relationships, and making sure coworkers and clients feel supported and happy with the results. He’s excited to bring his experience and positive attitude into his new role and looks forward to growing with a great team. Outside of work, Eugene enjoys relaxing and spending time with his significant other Morgan, as well as his friends and family. He loves being outdoors whenever he can, especially skiing, camping, fishing, and golfing, and he’s always up for anything that gets him outside and enjoying some good company.
